I had the opportunity to share the boat with Jerry Larson today after he won the auction for a guide trip with me for Operation Muskie. It was a great to be back on Kinkaid and putting some fish in the boat. We had 13 follows hooked 7 and boated 4. I told him at the start of the day we had to have some good karma on our side for helping support Operation Muskie! He missed a couple nice fish and I ended up with a nice one in the net. Thanks Jerry and good idea to stay another day. I will get you a biggin tomorrow!

Muskie first: Please let me know if there is anything I can do for Operation Muskie 2010.

Thanks Again,
Scott

thanks again on behalf of Operation Muskie and all the vets to Scott for donating the guide trip and Jerry for buying it...and way to go on the good trip, good luck again on day 2! http://esoxdonovan.com/

Operation Muskie III is firmly in the planning stages at this point, and the updated website full of information about the event, participants, and fund-raising will be coming soon.

day 2 was a good one,I started off getting 2 fish in the mid 30 range right at sunset and the second fish was in 8.Towards noon scott nailed a nice one, then scott had 2 hits but no hookups, came back same spot and first cast scott nailed a nice 45.Same spot a few cast later a got a low 30in fish, that was it for the fish caught,we had high hopes at the moon phase and prime time but no fish.I had a great 2 days of fishing kinkaid and scott was a GREAT GUIDE to fish with even though he out fished me from the back of the boat.
