What do you think of these? They are # 8 blades in front of a 5 oz Super D. I made these myself after seeing what I believe were Curly Sues and Suzie Suckers with #10 blades in front of them. I thought I would try some smaller blades to see how I liked them before paying the price for 10's, 12's or 13's.

Any opinions are welcome.

#10s in front of pounders work good for openwater trolling.

Come on guys, just cut to the chase and be the first on your lake throwing the lethal combination of the Pounder and double 13s. That is, lethal to your back, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, etc....

I have used a #8 blade with a hot head spinner shaft on my mag dawgs for the last 2 seasons it works phenomonal. lift/drop retrieve works wonders.

I've tried it with dawgs and I wasn't all that impressed. I mean if you really want to make more work for yourself that's fine, but...

I prefer the 2 lber. It made my arms bigger than my legs.
