So what, you get a permit and still have a discharge from your boat!!! It doesnt change that you are discharging water from your boat. A permit doesn't stop discharge from boat, so why have a permit?!?!?!?! $$$$

I don't believe in conspiracies, but lets think about this for a minute -- boats, gasoline usage, pollution, CO2 emissions, global warming...

What is the one sure fire way to get people out of their boats? (and the trucks that go with them)

Make it so expensive to own and operate them that it just not worth it anymore...
