| For those of you that have one of these, where are you mounting them? Is it safe to assume it can communicate with the trolling motor through a console/windshield? Thanks! |

| Nah he didn't think what heading sensor you were talking about. Should be fine through the glass but be cautious or speakers as they have magnets. Also shouldn't be near the power wires for anything |

Sorry, thought you were talking about Humminbird AS GPS HS Precision GPS + Compass. I need to read more carefully...
