| Are Tiger Tubes paintable in anyway? I'm going to do some experimenting with these this winter, but want a color they do not offer. Any suggestions on how I would go about painting one a different color? Thanks.

| I'd check into that stuff they sell for bass plastics. Just dip the bait in it and you can change colors. Don't know if it's permanent or if it fades but I have seen it around.

| What about ColorBurst or something...I can't remember the company name, but it's a sister company with Mepps I believe...

| Is the colorburst something that lasts a long time on the lure, or do you need to repeat the process everytime out?

Location: Germantown & Land O Lakes WI | I thought they made white tubes and yellow, so you may have a shot at dyeing them, but that plastic is kinda wierd.
I just looked at a 2004 catalog and the white wont be available...so buy now if you're looking for white |

Location: Alexandria, MN | I like the white, yellow and grey/silver soft plastics, then just sit down with some markers or the soft plastic dyes and create your own special colors.
The color will fade over time, so you can either make it the same or change the pattern.
Good Luck!
