Anyone have any tips or patterns for Namakagon Lake, WI this time of year? I will be staying there all next week. Thanks in advance for any advice.

You're actually fishing for real fish? Not wet socks/bait/musky food? You feeling ok?

Didnt you say "muskie fishing is easy....just chuck a bucktail at the shore line long enough and you'll catch one"???
What else do you need to know?

Yes, I did, but it was in reference to your recent dry-spell. I was trying to give you hope man....

Your only hope should be that you dont get so tired that you long for a day of jigging your leech in the water for lunch.

Troll Erines, 10" Jakes and 10" Slammers 5 mph over structure. You will either get bit or snagged...but both will be exciting!

Good luck to you!

I was there last week and caught alot of 18-24"northerns. I would focus on the deep weed edges by bear paw point, eagle point, rocky point & mums bay.(i may have named one or two incorrectly, but if you look at a map you will figure it out. i think there is also some potential over a hump in the lake. I caught a 38" fat muskie on a bucktail in jackson lake. this is part of the namakagon chain off the upper lake. Good Luck!
