Article says that was one of JUST 4 muskies they caught that day. A four fish day is great anytime!

Great fish! And to think some believe muskies don't bite in Feb. through the ice. A 4 fish day through the ice is pretty cool.

Looks like early ice conditions during the pre-late-ice calendar period. So that explains the action.

Nice catch ! Sure hope they were all released to grow ! -32 here at 7am this morning (actual temp.) should be some hard water for sure. Went out and exposed face skin hurt from cold ! Got frostbite on two finger tips in only four hours of snow moving.

Great to read the fish was released and fast too imagine exercising for a half hour then holding your breath.... good job by those anglers to realize the importance of getting her back home quickly!!
