Posts: 333 Location: SE Wisc | Met Richard at the Milwaukee expo after chatting with him here. He came across as an honest man so I had him service three reels for me over winter. He does exceptional work and gets your reel back as soon as possible. Get well Richard!

Posts: 58 Location: South Elgin | The idea of posting the info I got from his wife was to eliminate her being bothered by calls. As I said I'll post more when known, but in the meantime maybe allowing the family some peace is best. John Mich

Posts: 58 Location: South Elgin | I promised an update. Richard's wife just text me that there has been no change in his condition. I had hoped something more positive, but either way continue to pray for them all. John Mich

Posts: 20212 Location: oswego, il | Richard was a great guy, just bought a reel from him in august and he has worked on alot of my reels. I always enjoyed visiting with him at club meetings and turned him on to mama mia's. Hard to believe he is gone. I will remember him every time I catch a fish with that reel.
