Location: New Jersey | I ordered a 10 inch Roundnose directly from Jack and had it out for the first time Sunday. The action on it was killer, but a stroke of bad luck, about 20 casts in I had a Stay Lok pop open for the first time in my life and I lost it. I just ordered another from Jack, but my experience with a lot of customs is that one might be killer and the next a dud. Anyone fish Cobb's a bunch and know if they're pretty consistent or should I ne crossing my fingers? Silver lining to the story, I switched baits and got a 48.5 three casts after I lost the Cobb. |

Location: NE Ohio | every piece of wood is as different as people, no two are the same. its a crap shoot, but a quality name behind it means you'll get a good bait and with a little luck it might even be better than the first one! it all works out in the end. |

Sorry to hear about your lost and glad to hear about your fish. |

| Being a proud owner of over 31 Cobbs baits I can tell you each one is different. That's why I like them so much. Some run wider than others and some run deeper than others. I can honestly say its been a staple in my box for almost 20 years. Each one is unique and has its own character. I wish you the best of luck. Its a great bait. |

Location: New Jersey | Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback. I am ditching the snaps, at least with my pricey custom gliders. |
