I tried many times the weighted suick 7 " and 9" for pike of my lake.
but i can not even take a pike.not even a small pike.not even an attack,
my friends pike hunter in 3 different lake at 100km away from my house/lake.. have no problem with suick , and catch some pike.
in my lake a jerkbait glider,(big and small,in natural color, without rattle)capture more pike, when I go fishing a jerk .. but suick not.
I'm not any good with suick ?
suick the jerk bait is not good for my pike ?
like move the suick you?
i wrong color or way of moving it?
i want to take at least a pike with these jerk bait .

Suicks are proven fish catchers, especially for pike. Keep using them. |

| Watch the videos and good luck. I have found that the chartreuse with green spots (color T) is a good one for pike. You might also want to try the smaller 7" size.

Location: Land of the Musky | black or Perch Thriller are my 2 favorite colors. Bend that tail at an angle too so the fish get a good belly shot an then dead stick it for about 10-30 seconds and give it a twitch. For me, pike will hover under the bait after a few good jerks and then it drives them crazy if you let it sit and then twitch. Thats when I get a lot of my strikes. |
