Has anyone heard of, or used, the Musky Mayhem Trolling Girl? It's supposed to be similar to the DC but heavier with thicker blades and added weight for trolling. I'm thinking about it for casting as well to keep it deeper in the water column for certain situations.

I had the opportunity to use them in both a casting and trolling applications last summer while fishing with Spencer Berman as he had some of the prototypes . I like the added weight when burning blades in some situation as you stated when trying to stay deeper but also casting with the added weight allows you to get greater distance to cover more water. I also liked the bigger bulk/profile they have . They also trolled very well as expected .

What speed works best for trolling? What seems to be the speed limit before the baits become ineffective?

I assume you can go as fast as your rod and reel dictates. The faster you go, the more pull it will have.

I have been advised that 3.5 - 4 mph is top speed for trolling dbl 10's. Maybe others will have different suggestions....

haha...put your tip in the water and go as fast you want. Or add some weight and go as fast as you want.

I would have preferred MM to stick with the thin blades, so I wont be buying any of these. Really it's just a marketing gimmick, you can troll standard CG's, and if you want you can add weight to them.
