Are these reels worth a darn ? I have a okuma spinning reel that has held up well , just wondering if their big bait casters are worth the $200 that they sell for.

I have several. They seem to be pretty good and I've used them a good deal in the past four years.

I don't think I'd throw a DC10 all day with the Isis as their gear ratio is pretty high, but for jerk baits, top water, and spinner baits they seem to work well. They also have the Cedros That I think is the same reel as the Isis, but with a power handle which I like. The power handle does help with the DC10's and other big stuff, it's also has a real cool blue color!!!

Probably won't go wrong with an Okuma rod or reel. They have good warranties  good custumer service and good products.

Well worth the money. The reels are a workhorse. No problems whatsoever. You cannot go wrong with this reel

I got a 400 Isis last year and used it almost exclusively. Haven't fished much with the hot water this year but have used it nearly exclusively this year also and it's still working well.

Mine has been good to me.
