Hey guys and girls!!!!! I just bought a guy's tackle box and I need some help in identifying a few lures. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

It might be an earlier version, I think Mark Windells made the original one? The eyes look different than a J-walker, and the front hook hanger looks like it might be different. Is the face cupped in like a popper?
