Location: Lake Country, Wisconsin | Late June to me is basically opener week...Unless there is an early ice out, which this year ice out should be average at best, I would be fishing 75-80 % weeds, or if I am fishing rocks making sure there are weeds or shallows close by. I would check out the reefs of course just to keep em honest but you are probably looking at classic post spawn period with most fish. Probably would start getting at em with Double 8's and some smaller bucktails first like a shumway flasher, I have done very well on topwater in June in Canada in the past but a bigger lake like LOTW sometimes that bite takes longer to get going... |

Location: thunder bay | me would have to be 8 or 10 blade's and if not that it's a top water walk the dog or prop style. most the time it's the 8's and in the mornning and evening bite i go with top water. fishing back bays allmost all day with weeds and rock.

same thing i do and we were posting at the same time haha. love the shumway flasher at that time. |

Location: thunder bay | they just open the 3rd sat in june so think post spawn. even with the early ice out last year they didn't spawn til near the end of june. |
