Is there anyone who has found this lure to work well? If so, when do you like to fish it? And, what are the best methods do you use to work the lure?

Just looking for advice from those who really found this lure to produce and willing to share how to fish a Musky Innovations Jimmy.

Thanks in advance.

I have had some action on it and I don't throw it too often. I really like it for neutral or negative fish or fish on heavily pressured lakes. I usually use it after not seeing fish on my other baits. I use it with slow, long pulls. The bait will rush straight forward on the pull and then will glide nicely off to the side when you give the bait slack after the pull. The hits are pretty intense usually and will happen when the bait glides off to the side and then pauses for a little bit. Hopefully my description makes sense and it helps.

So, is this a good lure or not???

It's a good lure, and definitely catches fish.

I use the Jimmy for a throw back bait, U will get what U put into working this bait, this bait U have to make it move with slow long pulls. I have not landed a fish with this bait. I like the RED OCTOBER baits, the 12" Big Sexy and the 14" Twisted, I have landed many Muskies on Red October Tubes.
