Posts: 454 | I'd like to announce that I am officially guiding the Twin Cities metro area. My primary lake is Lake Waconia. Depending on conditions and the bite, I'll take you out on Lake Minnetonka or Lake Independence as well. I am a teacher and have been fishing the metro area for the past 8 years. I spend hundreds of hours on these local lakes each year. I am not going to brag about numbers of fish caught, but I do know local patterns and spots on these lakes. I am working on getting a web page put together. I recommend fishing early in the am (4-9) or later in the evening (6-11). Primarily this is based on the fact that these lakes receive a lot of traffic during the summer months due to recreation. Fish can be caught all days at all times based on conditions, but your best success will fall in these windows. For a 5 hour trip I will charge $300, BUT if a fish is not caught I will give 1/3 of the money back ($100). This is based on a 2 person trip. I will only fish if the group going out wants me to. You will be fishing out of a 2007 Tuffy 1890, rods, reels, and tackle provided. My main goal is to teach you current patterns in fish location as well as give you tips on presentation, all in hopes of getting you fish in the boat. I will focus on 3 lakes........ Lake Waconia Independence Minnetonka If there is a lake YOU want, tell me, otherwise I will recommend where the hot bite has been. You can contact me at [email protected] or call me at 612-384-2668. I hope to be able to provide you with a great experience, teach you techniques that will put more fish in the boat, and ultimately, lead you to that fish of a lifetime. Posts: 639 Location: Hudson, WI | Guys, Tony is an absolute machine. A great stick and a great guy. The only man I know to utter the phrase, "It was decent, I guess. We got a 46 and a 42 yesterday and a 47 this morning, but other than that it was slow."

Posts: 454 | It would depend on the client and what his/her schedule looked like. I have based rates on a 5 hour trip, but I know there will be times where we fish longer as all guides do....... If you are interested contact me by phone, e-mail, or send me a pm here. I will do whatever I can to make it a great experience for the people who fish with me....
