Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I'm over in Michigan covering an FLW Walleye event, and have had a couple anglers tell me they had muskies or pike on, are there Muskies in the river that anyone knows of or are the culprits Pike?

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Steve- Don't see why there wouldn't be muskies there as its the outlet of Lake St. Clair, i.e., between St Clair & Lake Erie.

This article says they are there.

We had caught muskies walleye fishing in the reef complex in the spring with 40 degree water! |

| There's a guide named Jon Bondy that developed a bait just for jigging muskies in the river. He catches a ton of them there this time of year from what I have read in several articles. |

|
| One of the next bite episodes was filmed there and aired a few weeks back. |

| Season opens the first Saturday in June.
Just to be clear, Jon Bondy would not be targeting muskies at this time of year. |
