As I have many times in the past, I come to you guys for any advice your willing to give. Decided it was time to go back to school. I'm working in Plymouth and Lakeville and going to school at Normandale in Bloomington. A centralized location will be something in Hopkins, Edina, Edin Prairie, or St. Louie Park. From word of mouth, I understand Hopkins or SLP would be cheapest, but I would be willing to live elsewhere depending on the situation. If anyone has any suggestions, specific apartments/housing, anyone they know of that needs a room mate, I would truely be grateful. I am currently still living in Owatonna and need to move ASAP.

Thanks guys,
MJB

There is a reason why SLP is so cheap and Happy Hooker hit the nail right on the head...Brooklyn Center is no better.

I'd maybe check out areas in Bloomington as well... 98th street not too far from Lyndale would set you up nicely...hop skip and a jump from 35W south to Lakeville, and up 98th to normandale...

Good luck on your search..

check out richfield, too

my brother found a place there that was pretty reasonable a privately owned 8-plex, right off 60th Street between France and Pen avenues, kind of right between richfield, edina and south mpls

the Star Tribune has a pretty large rental section--check there first

MJB,

Look at the Apts. right across the street from Normandale. (Pebble Brook)

They have great rent specials going on now.

Take a look at Burnsville. Still close to Normandale, closer to Lakeville and not too bad going to Plymouth. Nice area. Rent shouldn't be too bad, either.
