Can someone recommend a place to send in my reels for cleaning/repair? I have 4 different kinds so I'd prefer to send them to one person/place.

Where are you at? Chicago area has several bait shops you can drop reels off fpr cleaning and repairs.. Might be the same guy that does the repairs. One of the shops is fishing connection in Tinley park..

Right back to the factory maybe your best option? Heck they built it

I just use Ed Shirley Sports in Palatine and the guy picks them up and drops them off once a week. Just do it in the off season, but they are great during the season if you can wait a week or two for it. I have so many reels being without one isn't really a problem.

Minnetonka Outdoors: www.minnetonkaoutdoors.com

they have a very reputable tech who's been working in the twin cities area for years. If you drop off your reel in town at most of the retailers for service, they get sent to him. Turn-around takes about a week depending on the season.

In Northern Wisconsin, Nelson's Choice Bait n' Tackle in Rhinelander. Chuck does very good work on all reels, but is an abu guru. He used to work right at their headquarters doing reel repairs for them.
