Is the blade just a standard #8 Colorado on an original bondy bait (7 oz)? Somehow I lost the blade (swivel and all) on mine. Just want to make sure whatever I put on there doesn't change the action too much.

I've changed out blade colors, but never thought of using different sizes, or maybe even a fluted Indiana or Olympic blade...hmmm..

the blade size is a #6 Colorado when i compared them to the size charts and ordered others. i've had success with a #7 indiana also.

they DON'T seem to be the "deep cup" type i've seen in catalogs but i've never bought any.

They are American made Worth blades. If it's off an Original Worth calls in a #5 but most call it #6. Standard smooth nickel Colorado.

Those baits are so heavy that I don't think it would matter if you upsized the blade. It may even add a little more action and flash.
