Where are you headed this August and September fishing muskies? I am going to Sabaskong, then I hope to hit Cass, and maybe Wabigoon one more time before the bow becomes a distraction. I have several Ashton trips to 'guide' this late Summer, too, all on local water.

Where are you headed?

I might have to make a few road trips up to Chautauqua before too long.

I hope to get up to the N Webster area as many times as possible before ice. Probably once! (just kidding!) Want to take Dad, then U Mark, certainly Dennis, gotta get hooked up with ToddM, maybe one of the Hulbert boyz. Anyone else want on my "wish list"?

Wife and I are going down to Patoka in a couple of weeks. No muskies (no kids!) but I know it's a beautiful lake and has some great bassin at times. Just anxious to have a "boat date" with my best friend for a weekend. (I'm a sap! So shoot me...)

I am finally getting out of the thrawling metropolis of Racine for a few days in Sept. My mission is to chase the elusive 50"er in the Minoqua/Manitowish Waters area. I will be hitting every piece of water in the area that I pass, without any sleep for 5 days. If that doesn't work, then I will be in the Pea Patch, drinking my sorrows away.
Other than that, it will be Pewaukee, Okauchee, and the Waukesha area lakes for me. Bring on the sucker bite!!
Good lungen,

Once I get a couple eye tourneys out of the way, I am planning on hitting the Bay of Green Bay a couple times. I really wanted to get there earlier this year, but just didn't get it done. I have a date with GregM to fish with Steve Heiting in October. Not sure which lake we'll be on, but it should be a great day on the water. Then, Greg and I need to reschedule with that short guy from Hayward, Mr. BooTail hisself. Probably sometime late September or early October. I'm sure I will hit Pewaukee often, and Okauchee with KLY for that pig that keeps killing my suckers there!

I will start fishing the Metro waters again as they start to cool off; Minnetonka, Forest and White Bear mostly. Then in October I will be up on Lake Vermilion for 8 days!

I used to go to Leech every October and now I just can't stop going to Vermilion, no traffic and very pretty! And yes -- A lot of big fish!

Good Luck to all

Just got back from the manitowish chain after we unpacked and unloaded the boat at star lake to find another group of people show up and come to find out they double booked and we had to leave. Luckily we found a cabin at running bear resort on the manitowish chain. Nice, quiet and clean.

Labor day weekend we will be at kerecman's resort on fishtrap lake.
