| Looking to get a couple of Suicks for upcoming LOW trip. Was thinking 9-10" wieghted std model but wondering how the plastic Hi model performs compared to the weighted. Seems like alot on this board like the weighted over the non-weighted std model, just wondering if the Hi model is any better or just different.
I have a non-weighted 12" magnum model that I have had good luck with, probably get one more of different color also.

| My vote is for the the 10" HI. I would prefer it to have a bit more weight but it works very well as it is. Most importantly, they run true and consistently out of the box and will last 10 times longer than the wood ones (especially if you are running them hard over rocks in LOTW). I have had a high percentage of wood ones that are difficult to ever get to run right and need frequent re-tuning. |

Location: Minnesota. | If it were me, I'd get a couple of each and play around with them on the water. You'll find one you like better than the rest.
I like the 9" HI Suicks myself as they're a tad heavier than the standard wooden ones and I find myself using the non-weighted more. It depends...

Location: Ludington, MI | I've been playing with the HI this summer and I can't get it down as far as the weighted. I like it, but for whatever reason our weeds are four feet below the surface this summer instead of the usual two, which is weird because corn is way ahead. Anyway, I'll use the HI the next time the corn is running late. |

| Not yet - but that is the plan for fall. At least on one.
