Was over 50 degrees today in KY. Headed out on the river and caught this 42 incher on a homemade lure that a friend gave to me. Third cast of the day. Lost another fish and had 2 more follows.
I'm hoping for a mild winter and plenty of days that I can take off work. I tell my wife at the beginning of every month that Musky season is just now kicking in. She doesn't think that I'm all that funny...

Yep, Green River. Water was super clear today, but I think 2 or 3 inches of rain is coming my way. I would sure like to be out there just before it hits.
