Kinzua Dam has produced some bodacious fish in the short time since it was built. It produced a muskie that was just short of the Pa State record dated back in, I believe 1928, caught in neighboring Conneaut Lake. ( Conneaut is only ten mile from me)
I fully believe that Kinzua is capable of producing the next Pa. State record.

Larry,
Do not know who caught the pike, but we got the link from the Three Rivers Chapter message board. There was a article from a local newspaper saying the pike was caught in 4' of water and the old record was 32lbs.

Maybe next a state record Musky coming from Kinzua? Makes you wonder.

The guy's name is Stoltz. He caught the fish 2' from shore in 4' of water! I'm attempting to attach a photo. Hell of a fish to squeeze through an 8" hole!
