| Just had a batch of lure I clear coated sit for 2 days and they are still tacky. I'm guessing I mixed a nada batch of etex. Is there any way to fix them or are they junk. |

Location: Hugo, MN | Where were they curing? If they were outside, bring them in and they'll finish curing. Otherwise your mix was either the wrong ratio or not mixed completely. |

Location: South-Central VA | Easy fix!!! Just mix a fresh batch, measure carefully, and apply it. Make sure that you are curing in a room that is a bare minimum of 70 degrees. Any lower than that and cure times can get pretty long.

Location: Hugo, MN | 60 isn't that bad, but it does increase the cure time substantially. I think at 70 deg it takes about 48 hours for a good hard non-tacky cure. At 80 deg it only takes about 24. At 90 degrees you're down to maybe 16 hours. Mix ratio also plays into the cure times and whether it cures fully at all. One last thing is to make sure you're mixing it in a clean cup with a clean brush or mixing stick. Any sort of oily or waxy coating on a plastic cup can screw up your mix. |

first bait i did stay's sticky for day's i had to put it in acetone and start all over .
