I don't like Everstart(battery lasted 26 months- 2 year free replacement)>probably not Champion or Excide either. I have a 24 volt trolling motor if that matters. Where do I get he Battery you suggest also and estimated price. Thanks, Roy

Call Battery Service Corp in Bensenville, IL and ask them for the retailer nearest you that carries Trojan Batterys.

Luke nailed it. Mine is three years old and no signs of giving up. They make them for many marine dealers. They have a white sticker with red and blue lettering. They don't have their name on it, will say something else.

I am with the above on this. Call Battery Service Corp. I bought mine from them for $79 a piece. I bought the SCS225's. 665 Amps at 0 degrees, 820 at 32 degrees, 225 reserve mins @25 amps. I have tried a ton of others, interstate, diehard, great lakes, stowaway, by far these are the best. Should last 5+ years!

| Last one I bought was an AC Delco deep cycle. Don't remember the model number but mine is the smaller one. Area of 60 bucks, I don't remember exactly.
My system is only on a 12 volt system and the battery is still working
just fine. I can run all day and hardly notice a drop in power out of it.
I am pretty sure they make one size bigger than the one I bought too.
Just another one to consider.
I bought this brand on advice from a friend. Was told they hold up very well and he has had no problems with his so far. I don't know how long he's had his though.
