Location: APPLETON, WI | Just wanted to wish everyone here on a MuskieFIRST a very safe and fun-filled Memorial Day weekend. I hope somewhere during everyone's musky fishing, we can take the time to remember (and maybe even get the privilege to thank) those who have served in the past or are currently doing so. As much as we'd like to think the holiday is about fishing and musky and barbeque and burgers... the meaning and scope of the holiday goes well beyond some fish and meat on the grill. Thanks to those of you who have served or have family members that are currently doing so for all of us and our amazing country: The United States of America.

Location: APPLETON, WI | Wandered over to the Veteran's Memorial Cemetary not too far from where I am. It was very cool to see so many people there paying their respects to those they have lost... and more importantly, for those who have died and what they gave.
