| has anybody received my lures yet (sworrall, toddm, theedz)? I sent some to Muskyone and he got them today. I sent yours the same day so it shouldn't be too much longer! I'm curious to hear what you guys think about them.[:bigsmile:]

| I see I was anonymous on my last post. I got mine yesterday D. Looks awsome. Nice custom color combo on that one. I can't wait to pitch it. Hopefully, I'll be out one night next week.
My wife wanted to know how you catch any fish without hooks on it???? I told her it didn't matter in my boat anyway. Just kidding.
What size hooks do you run on your baits?? Anything specific?

| sworrall, I used size 2/0 to 3/0 eagle claws on your bait to weight it. I use long sweeps, snaps, twitches, ... for this bait. It can be fished like a glider with 1 foot pulls but not too soft pulls. Fished any other way, it will dance, flash, glide left to right, up and down, ... not straight ahead that's for sure!
Theedz, for your bait I used size 2/0 eagle claw or size 1/0 gamakatsu treble 13 hooks. Try a retrieve with a length of cranking it back and then switch to longer pulls (not snaps or twitches) like for a suick but with reduced effort. A mix between these two styles works for me.
Todd, for your bait I used size 3/0 eagle claws for weighting it. It can be made to dive to 1.5m or 2m (5-7 feet deep) with steady pulls like for a suick. I think you'll like it, black and white jailbird.
