Was looking on esoxangler at these rod wraps. Does anybody have them and what do you think? Thanks. Are they worth the investment?

pipe insulation and hockey tape ... works better and cheap. the padding helps the rib cage when ripping dawgs or crank baits.

I use tennis grip tape, it really comfortable, and you can get some crazy colors. I know that wilson makes some that is called pro feel or pad that is uber soft, yet durable

Have had very good reports from those who use it. It's pretty much like the stuff you can put on golf club grips. Reasonably cheap to give it a try on one rod and see how you like it. Sleds rod looks like it ate too many Ho-Ho's but for what he's doing I have to admit it's nice and squishy!
