I've shipped chainsaws to Australia via USPS Global Priority and it was surprisingly fast and affordable. I imagine baits would be even easier than that.

you just have to fill out an easy form at the post office. i just shipped on to UK and it was under $8

USPS Priority Mail is going to be the cheapest way and still have a way to track your order. You can send it cheaper going First Class, but once it's out of your hands you'll have no idea where it is.

Under 4lbs go First Class over go Priority Int mail. Problem with First Class is no tracking or insurance. If you shipping to a buddy use First Class. I have shipped about 1000+ boxes in the last 12 months First class (Canada and the EU) and have yet to lose one. Until after this post of course Fun to fill out the paperwork for customs too...
