Location: Brookfield | In-fisherman is in HD where available, but it's not on a channel I get HD in. I thought everything was going to be HD by now but I can only get about 13 channels. Stuff thats not HD doesnt look very good on a 69" tv, well except baywatch.

| it's a little over a year until analog over-the-air broadcasts go "black" and all have to be HD.
unless they push the deadline back. again.

| Kind of off-topic, but what are you guys paying for HD? I called the local cable company to ask about it and the person I talked to said it would be $25.00 to install, and an extra $20.00 per month added to my bill. $240.00 more per year just to watch HDTV? I don't think so. I don't watch more than an hour of tv per day, so it wouldn't be worth it in my opinion. Supposedly all tv's will be HD in a few years, at least that's what a guy working in the electronics department at Wal-Mart told me. Maybe I'll wait until then. |

Location: Des Moines IA | It costs me about 25$ a month extra through comcast. If I could have gotten dish, I would have had twice the channels for the same $ though. I don't even watch standard definition TV anymore. The week I first got my new TV & HD I don't think I went to bed before 4:30 am. |
