Why does email sit for days in the outbox? Tough to deal on items when you can't reply. Am I doing something wrong??

if you're dealing on items using PMs, you can put "PM sent" into the thread as another indicator they have a PM.

chico is right. It doesn't get "sent" until it is click on by the recipient. And the recipient must log on to the M1st site and must see that he has mail. I log on automatically, but with my limited vision; it may be days before I see a personal message.

After logging in, under Control Panel, you can set "Receive e-mail notifications when someone sends you a private message?" to Yes. This doesn't help you directly for this issue, but it is helpful in return if you so choose.
