I think you have to do it there, but dont quote me on that. Pretty sure, but not certain.

I think you can. I know there is a form you can fill out, and maybe have to fax that in with CC info. I'll see if I can find it.

Guess i was wrong! I think it might be easiest to do it there...at least I have never had a problem with it, plus I can talk with the bait shop owner and find the hot bite.
