Hi all, not been on much as I recently moved to Rhinelander and just love it. Wish the honeydo list was shorter so I'd get out more. My e-mail is still [email protected].
Hope to get some of you out this fall, drop me a line. Befor the move I had all my equipment stolen from a storage unit. All they took was fishing gear. Insurance company says because I fish tournaments for money I'm not covered under home owners, shouls have been listed as a business, what a joke!!!! Check out yours to see if you have coverage if a tournament angler.

I would appeal that decision to the next level in the company. If tournament fishing is not your primary job and most of your fishing is recreational, I think you could win an appeal. If not, start a letter writing campaign to your newspaper, your state insurance authority (every state has one), and the BBB. The squeeking wheel gets the grease (unfortunately).

I agree with Bob, don't accept their denial. Unless you are guiding for a living your homeowners should cover it.
