Posts: 72 Location: Central Part of no-where but not far enough away!! | I started making my "Wing Thing" a couple of months ago. I am attaching a picture of the first 4 which are already sold and in use. I'll give just a brief description: Creeper Style, Basswood body, Aluminum wings, stainless everything else, .092" eye screws, 3-D eyes. Body is soaked in sealer, primed 2X (another sealer primer), Base Coat, Top Coat (if any), accents added (spots, scales,), Epoxy finish. Every lure is turned, sculpted, sanded, and completed by myself. They take around 50hrs each which includes drying time for the finishes. Lures are signed and numbered. I only do these upon request for now. It takes me 2wks to get the hardware for them if I don't have enough already on hand. I have 2 frog finish left right now. One straight and One jointed. In the photo, they are laying on a 12" mat. I have tuned each lure off of a pier near my house but additional tuning is to your own liking. I sell them for $25+S&H Thanks for looking. Rick The only color I have left right now is this green frog pattern. It is a straight lure just like the one in the picture background laying belly up. Identical. About 8" long.
