 | My Lakewood Monster outside skin is fatigued and its causing the compartment dividers to pull away from the sides. Need to tighten and reshape it. Anybody found a good fix??
I'm thinking a large zip tie clinched tight
 Or ????????????

 | I don't have that box, but when I made carry using lengths of downspouts for large lures, I used small zip ties to hold them together and it has worked well for a number of seasons. Small hole, pulled very tight with a large lineman's pliers. |

 | I had the old black coated dividers that was falling apart. They replaced them with new white plastic dividers. Cost like $50 total. Surprised they didn't offer that to you |

 | Yeah I thought they have a lifetime warranty on their products, if its too far gone I would think at least offer a new one for a discount or something |
