| I plan on visiting Lake Emily near Crystal Falls, MI in the future. Anyone have any tips or suggestions about targeting the musky in the lake? Avid musky firsherman just not familiar with the lake. THanks in advance!

| The is a numbers lake, but it does spit a big once on awhile.
The lake gets really weedy. We put in the boat 15 fish burning small bucktails over the weeds before it gets chocked out. If emily gets to weedy chicagon is right down the street. Very clear and deep

| appreciate the info! Any tips on Chicagon? I know many have said fish in the am and evening and in overcast due tot he clarity of the water. Any particular baits that have worked well for you there?
Is Emily overtaken by milfoil? or is it cabbage weeds? |

If you are an avid musky fisherman Emily will be easy to figure out. Chicagon is a tougher nut to crack, the morning/evening advice is due to boat traffic more than anything, the place is FIB central.
I suggest you go into Lucky's in Bates, buy some stuff and talk to the staff. Theres other water in the area, just not much info. |

| Fish the inside edge of the weed line. Most of the bigger fish I caught came off the inside edge. A numbers lake for sure but we have put 45"-48" muskies in the boat on Emily. It is a nice little lake which is easy to fish in one day. One of my favorites. |
