| My NaCl 60 won't engage. The handle just spins and thumb release is down with no tension on it. Is this something ou can fix? What is your turn around right now. Thx |

Location: Madison, WI | Send it to Abu. My buddy cracked the reel seat on a NACL on a backlash, and I sent it explaining how it was entirely user fault and they mailed back a brand new reel 3 days later. Also the reel was bought from this site not new so that's even more impressive! |
