Here is the dilemia I think the 4.9:1 would be the better overall reel but you can buy the HS Brand new for $275 or the Regular 60 I can get for $320 both are great deals IMO but The HS is just a killer deal..

I know few of you guys own both what are the disadvantages to the HS over the Regular....Im thinking I would be ok with the HS but wanted some cons to it over the regular 60...Seems like the HS would do me fine just slow down a little if I have too but figured Id get the opinions of those who have actually used these reels..Im thinking btr just spend lil xtra since be main rod and go with 4.9 but u guys tell me

Thanks Guys

What type of baits are you planning on throwing? More of an all-around reel or more technique specific, ie burning, jerkbaits, etc?

I believe you will be fine with the Hs you may just want the jigging handle on the middle spot for 10's and 13's, just know that isn't a balanced handle and be cautious when casting. I've seen and herd this and am going to try it soon myself

Definantly gonna be a all around reel not a specific...This will be my main set up that I use the most...I have a set up for small top water and light soft plastics and lighter baits and also have a set up for big rubbers like the Medussa and Bulldwags so This gonna be the main all purpose Rod for Me and want to make sure I get the Best set for the application
