Will the abu garcia c4 handle throwing baits 1-3oz and handle fish 10-20lbs?

It's not so much the weight of the bait as itcis the resistance. Magdawgs are heavy but come in easy. 10's and 13's are lighter but really pull. C4 should be fine for smaller tails, topwater, jerks and gliders, and most rubber.

For throwing those light baits it will work fine. Using baits that have a lot of pull will give you issues. Don't go jigging Bondy Baits with it because you'll blow out the anti-reverse. I learned that the hard way.
