| So I had a couple follows this weekend, one fish bolted when the sun was in my face, the other had no idea I was there when the sun was at my back. Do you guys try keeping the sun at your back when casting or do you not pay attention to it? |

Location: Greenfield, WI | If it is an either/or, I prefer to have the sun in my face when I have the choice. Quartering my face into the sun would likely be preferable.
There are enough little things that can go wrong without adding blindness to the list.
Regardless, I use the best polarized sunglasses that I can afford. On the water, good polarized glasses are priceless! |

| That's interesting. I would've thought you'd be better off with the sun at your back to help avoid fish from seeing you. |

I don't like them seeing my silhouette in the sun. I prefer quartering away. |
