Are they accurate? It won't be used for tournaments or anything, but I'd like it to be fairly accurate. Has anyone had any issues with them in respect to this?

Where's the best place to purchase them? I'd prefer to not pay shipping fees if at all possible. Do any major retailers (Bass Pro, Cabela's, Gander Mountain, et cetera) carry them? They are not listed online, but I know they carry other Rapala release tool products.
