| was looking at pounders the other day and could only find the color i like in the shallow pounder. was just wondering how much shallower does the shallow pounder run compared to the regular if you worked both baits at the same pace? |

| shallow dawg seems to glide more and obviously sinks slower. i run both, and like the shallow better. If i want it to go deeper i just count it down longer. but i am able to use it over weeds, and stumps more effectively without getting hung up. |

| Could always simply add some bell sinker weights to the harness's front hook ring on the shallow dog to work it deeper too. Making it a two-in-one bait... |

Location: Gilberts IL/Rhinelander WI | It comes down to working them faster or slower. I use them both. |

Yup. This helps make them dive really headfirst also, which I personally like. |
