The title is actually "My Way" by Tom "Wizzie" Wisniewski. I have a copy, but will not part with it.

I sold my copy to Half Price Books in Palatine Il 10 days ago along with over 150 books on fishing. A collection that goes back to the mid 1970s, and I got paid $60 for the whole lot. I was sad to get rid of them, and surprised at their value.
