I picked up a shallow invader a couple days ago, and spent the better part of a day throwing it. On that day, it floated very well. I put it back on the line yesterday and started casting and noticed right away that it no longer floats, but rather very slowly sinks. Is this normal, or is my shallow invader a bit retarded?

I bet it is full of water. probably has a crack or a leak around one of the hook eyes or where you attach the leader.

Heck I'd keep and just buy another, here you have one that will maybe run a litle deeper or be great to let sink along weedlines and twitch there. As long as the action is good that is.
