What knots work best for heavy fluoro (150-180 lb). I'm trying the Lee T knot and I can't seem to get it to form. I'm also not trying to waster 3-5 inches of material with some of the other knots out there. An suggestions?

Try a three twist uni-knot.  Works good on 130#.

With fluoro that heavy, don't knot use crimps. Check out this link.

I have been using the double barrel crimps on 150 lb fluoro for years without a failure.

Thanks Bill, I actually found that same page on leadertec. Guess I'm just going to go with crimps.
