Location: Elk River, Minnesota | Heavy bucktail or light bucktail?
I have one I custom built that is 8'-6" weighted in the handle to balance in the hand.
Fuji guides, Batson rainshadow blank 3/4 - 3 oz medium heavy action, 1-1/2" cork
The main handle is roughly 14" long with a 4-1/2" section in front of the reel seat. Cork rings were individually reamed and glued onto the rod in a press, so there will be no gaps in glue or cork.
The guides are tied 4 wraps silver/2 wraps black/metalic red/2 wraps black/4 wraps silver. This is on all guides.
If you are interested, feel free to PM Me. I'll take some pictures of it if you'd like.

| I'm leaning more towards heavier tails. I have a setup already that's similar to your rod, thank you tho! |
