Location: Richfield, MN | Well the wife has given me the go ahead to take the trip to the Musky show in Chicago!!!!
Now is there any hotels within walking distance to the show or is a guy going to have to rent a car to get around. With it being just mysel going I am planning as of now to fly out there. I can get a round trip flight for under $120.
So I am hoping that there is a place to hang my head close to there. I do not nead anything fancy just a showe and some TV is all that is needed in my hotel stay.
Is anyone from MN heading down there for all 3 days. I am planning to stay all 3 days and as of now going to plan on flying back on Monday which was cheaper.
So now all I have to do is get the time off of work. I have never been to a Musky show and I am really looking fowad to going to all the shows and demos. But I am also looking forward to meeting all the different vendors and the products they are selling.
I am a sucker fo new lures so I am taking out plenty of money to make sure I buy enough lures to choke a horse!!!!
So if anyone knows the area where the show is at and can give me tips and hotels as well as what is close to there for night time entertainment I would greatly appreciate the help!!!

we from the twin cities chapter of Muskies inc go EVERY year,,we leave thurs mourning on return leave sunday night
you need to stay at the designated "show" hotel thats where all the fun is its a long ways from the show but the whole hotel is musky guys so hitching a ride with us or someone else everyday is no problem.
holiday inn express is the show hotel and you get a special musky show rate..think its the Arlington one????? somebody else makes the reservation in our party
but google "2010 Chicago musky show" and it will have the hotels ph number,,'book right now' it most times sells out
