What conditions do you throw topwater. What style of topwater for what conditions? (water clarity, wind, sunny, cloudy)

topwater can work any day of the season under any conditions. Let the fish tell you what they want or don't want.
I've had fish eat topwaters in November with 45 degree temps and cloudy skies to not a cloud in the sky 75 degree water. Any time any place like any bait really.
