I can't believe there's anything final yet, that suit was brought just a couple months ago. That would be fast tracking it for sure...

Apple just won the Patent for the iPhone design. Just this week. So, I highly doubt this is going to be resolved for years to come. Plus, HB has a tough hill to sled trying to prove that the technology was solely theirs, maybe a patent on the way it looks, maybe. I think Lowrance will have the LSS for quite a while.
